Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of RoofQuote (the “Service”), operated by Bond Labs Limited(company number 17285766), trading as RoofQuote. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: Bond.2018@outlook.com.
The Service
RoofQuote helps you prepare and present quotes for roofs. Prices come from the rates you enter. You remain responsible for checking every quote before it goes to a customer. Bond Labs Limited is not a party to the contract between you (the tradesperson) and your customer. We do not take payment from the homeowner, and the Service does not take card payments.
Your account
Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure, and for activity under your account. One account per email address. The same code that signs you in also creates the account if you are new.
Your content
You retain ownership of the quotes, photos and customer data you add. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo and to store your customers' details.
Visualiser
Visualiser images are an illustration of the chosen covering and colour on the customer's own photo, keeping that photo's light and shade. They are not a survey, a specification, a photoreal render of the finished roof, or a guarantee of the finished work.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully; probe, scan or attack it; scrape it; try to reach another person's account; or upload photos you do not have the right to use. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular job. You remain responsible for the quotes you send and the work you do.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Bond Labs Limited is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we have to shut the Service down. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account (take a copy from Settings → Your data first if you want one), or by emailing us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The Last updated date at the foot of this page will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
