How to get help

Email us at Bond.2018@outlook.com. That is the address for support, privacy requests and account questions.

What we can help with

• Signing in (email codes, a lost inbox, a locked account).
• Deleting your account, or taking a copy of your data first.
• A bug in the app.
• A privacy request about your RoofQuote account.

What we cannot help with

If you are a homeowner looking at a quote, contact the firm named on that quote — their phone and email are on the page. Bond Labs Limited does not take the job or the deposit, and cannot discuss someone else's quote.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings → Your data and download a copy if you want one, then Settings → Delete account. That removes your profile, customers, quotes, rate card and uploaded photos. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will help.
